User's data collection

The app stores text entered by the user and stores logs about the physical movement of the smarphone in terms of start/end date time of the motion. All these data are stored in the private area of the app. A de-installation of the app operates the total data deletion.

In no case and in no way the app uses the data collected by itself in a way different from what said above.

So the Licensor of the app in no way acquires the knowledge about the physical motion of the smartphone.

The app doesn't collect user's data. The end-user of the app, the owner of the smartphone, is the only responsible party of the life cycle of the motion logs collected.
